I really disliked the charger that comes with this mini PC it such low quality and the hdmi cable is also low quality you could have provided better charger and better HDmi cable also I need to say I don't dislike plastic but the plastic with his mini PC could be better quality if you are going to use plastic at least use high quality plastic for the beat of the case and also when I received this package that thing I disliked about the most was there wasn't that much package protection it was just covered with basic protection I did not like this you should properly back your products so it does not get damage I dis like poor quality packaging also try to package it better it was just a box with protection cover

excellent device

its an excellent device for productivity .. the two issue i found 1. it heats up on high demand tasks to 80-100c . At room temperature device stays at around 48-60c .. i am experimenting with some magnetic cooling fans..but since my device is mounted behind a monitor... i can only use top panel which is made up of plastic and so semiconductor based cooling pad are not very effective. however if i take off from monitor and place on top of semiconductor based refrigerating pad .. device stays at fairly low temp.
2. 12v adaptor is of low quality and didnt last even a month. however customer care responded instantly on messaging and sent me a new one its on its way and i am waiting to recieve it.
Nonetheless its a great device and absolutely value for money. build quality is good.. and more importantly performance is great for all productivity related tasks.

Best mini pc for browsing and to watch movies.overall performance is good. heats up very fast u can play gta sanandres. Doesnot play gta 5 . doesnot support latest games. Doesnot run heavy applications. And very good service and support from the seller. Replies very fast and resolves the issues very fast.
