I purchased this mini PC directly from elektronics India and purchase and delivery was seamless. No complaints.
However online help and phone help was not upto the mark as the concerned person doesn’t know basic things like how to mount it to back of the monitor.
She asked me to mail again describing the complaint.
I had tried web form which was not working.
Hope elektronics India will concentrate more on after sales service

I bought the **CoreX Pro Mini PC by SkullSaints (Ryzen 7 6800H, 24GB LPDDR5, 1TB NVMe)** and honestly, I’m very impressed with this small machine.

First of all, the **size is amazing**. It’s extremely compact, takes almost no desk space, and is very easy to carry. Don’t let the size fool you though — the **performance is excellent**.

I use it for MS Office, browsing, emails, and multitasking with multiple apps open. Everything runs **smoothly without lag**. Boot time and app loading are very fast.

I’m using it for **Python, Power BI, databases, Docker, and automation labs**, and the system handles all of this comfortably. The Ryzen 7 6800H with 24GB RAM is more than enough for learning, development, and practice work.

### 🔹 AI & Online Tools

For AI-related courses and cloud-based AI tools, this PC performs perfectly. Since most AI work is online or cloud-based, the CPU and RAM handle workflows, browsers, and tools very efficiently.

### 🔹 Media & Entertainment

I also watch YouTube and OTT platforms regularly. **4K video playback is smooth**, no stuttering at all. Audio and video output quality are good.

### 🔹 Multi-Display & Connectivity

Multi-monitor support works flawlessly. I’m using more than one display without any issues. Ports like **USB 4.0, 2.5Gb LAN, Wi-Fi 6E, and Bluetooth 5.3** are a big plus and everything works as expected.

Windows 11 Pro came pre-installed and setup was easy. So far, I have **not faced any hardware, thermal, or connectivity issues**. The system runs quietly and stays stable even during long usage.

This mini PC is **powerful, compact, and very well-balanced**. It’s a great choice if you want a clean desk setup, strong performance, and long-term usability without buying a bulky desktop or expensive laptop.
