I use this with a 32gb ram as base and the product is amazing. Smooth and as such had no issues setting up ubuntu and moving ahead. For home llm this is great. The built is superb with metal (aluminium or alloy) on 3 sides. Just one prob i fet was this has a air outlet on sides only and not on the bottom also. If it had that it would have been great. Super product. Recommended.

Small size yet much powerful and fastest mini PC.

I see more value for money in this product. Only downside is with integrated graphics card. Otherwise it a solid build

bad - fan noise is little loud ( although note that for my usage of 100's tabs open and multiple IDE's coding work and multiple AI chats along with excel etc) it barely ever runs the fan. CPU usage is not even crossing 10%. But fan will be on when you initially setup windows and install all required apps parallely and it is louder than what you would expect to hear.
good - no issues or performance throtlling or any other issue related to cpu.
ok - ports are not latest gen instead of 4 usb2 ports and 1 usbc port , make it 3 -3. hdmi cable length should be more. wall mount system can be revised.
