To clarify, both items were ordered on 8th April and shipped separately on 9th April, each with its own tracking number. The Fury unit was delivered successfully, while the mouse was returned to us by the courier. After you informed us about the missing mouse, we re-shipped it on 15th April. We regret the delay and any trouble this may have caused.
Regarding the product instructions and warranty registration: we understand your concerns and are working to improve our post-purchase guidance, including clearer assembly instructions and driver update information.
Please note, once the warranty registration form is submitted, it will reflect on the portal itself—you won’t receive a separate confirmation. However, registration is not mandatory; your purchase invoice alone is sufficient to claim warranty support.
