Replacement
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. Our policy lasts 24 hours. If 24 hours have gone by since your purchase without intimating us about the issue, unfortunately we can’t offer you the exchange. 24 hours' time period commences from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, you need to contact our support via the contact form with the subject "Order ID", containing detailed explanation of the issue you are facing with supporting images or videos. One of our representative will reply you within 24-48 business hours and arrange a replacement of the product. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

Order Cancellation

Generally, we are unable to entertain requests for order cancellations once it is placed. Please contact support@electroniksindia.com for any further queries. A fee of 20% will apply if the order is to be cancelled.

 

Warranty

The Skullsaints mini PC comes with a 1-year warranty. To start the claim process, kindly get in touch with us at support@electroniksindia.com. Please be aware that the customer is responsible for covering the courier expenses when sending the product to us for warranty purposes.
