i bought this mini pc and it is super fast efficient and fulfill all my needs. but your ads on youtube is misguiding it has no gaming level graphic card you cannot play games.
i tried to email this to customer care but got no answer till date. on you tube they claim that it can handles games and according to i7 process it should do it but in absence of a good gpu it is not possible. kindly check your youtukbe link or modify your product.

I bought Jupiter mini pc, (order id is 13619) from this site. Upon installing windows and going through the process of updating the softwares, I started checking its specifications . When I checked its graphics, I was shocked to see this pc has got "Intel graphics" & not the "Inte Arc" as mentioned on electroniksindia's webpage & on Amazon. When I tried to contact through the given customer care number, I discovered that it is an IVRS number, which was only accepting a recorded message. I also sought a clarification through mail, whose response is awaited. After placing the order (unfortunately, I should have done this before placing the order) I started checking about this company's credentials.I didn't get much information from its webpage. I then stateted getting suspicious and I started digging deeper and sought information from different AI tools like chat gpt, grok, deep seek etc. Having collected information from all possible sources that are at my command, I came to the conclusion that this so called electroniksindia company sells white labelled products. They also use YouTube influencers like Adi4 & others who also parrot its specifications without verifying it( I put the question about graphics to Adi4, but he ignored it, till the time of writing it, no response has come from him).
Regarding the product, I would definitely say it is a good product if you are ok with its Intel graphics GPU, instead of Intel arc (which I am not ) This company is indulging in misinformation about its specifications, which has upset me no end. If this company does not address my grievances, to my satisfaction I will approach the consumer court and I will teach it a lesson, and for this I will go to any extent legally approachable by me. The rating is about the seller/ the company.

Happy with its specification and performance. But I feel some deficiencies :- 1. No Type-C/Thunderbolt port, 2. No activity LED, 3. Specs display Intel Graphics (not ARC graphics), 4. Specs do not show any Brand/Motherboard name. Overall it is a good machine.

I recently purchased [Venom by Skullsaints] from [Electroniks], and while the main product itself is excellent, I was disappointed with the condition of the included accessories.

Pros:
✔️ The product works perfectly as described.
✔️ Good build quality and performance.
✔️ Fast delivery and secure packaging.

Cons:
❌ The support equipment/accessories arrived damaged.
❌ Disappointed with the quality control for included parts.
❌ Had to contact customer support for a replacement.

Overall, I’m happy with the product, but the damaged accessories made the experience less than perfect. I hope the seller improves packaging and quality checks to avoid such issues in the future. If you’re considering buying this, be prepared for possible accessory issues.
