Worst experience in purchase

I ordered two items and I received only one item and after making compliant I received another item after 7 days. After unboxing I looked for instruction sheet. No instruction about the assembly of pc. Moreover one metal strip and 4 screws were supplied and I don't know what for this. No instruction about the drivers update and warrenty. With lot of difficulty I came to know about product registration for warranty. I registered my products 2 weeks back so far no reply from the company. I faced a worst experience of purchase of mini pc with your company. Kindly take my suggestion in good spirit and don't trouble the customer and give instructions to be followed after purchase of mini pc.

To clarify, both items were ordered on 8th April and shipped separately on 9th April, each with its own tracking number. The Fury unit was delivered successfully, while the mouse was returned to us by the courier. After you informed us about the missing mouse, we re-shipped it on 15th April. We regret the delay and any trouble this may have caused.

Regarding the product instructions and warranty registration: we understand your concerns and are working to improve our post-purchase guidance, including clearer assembly instructions and driver update information.

Please note, once the warranty registration form is submitted, it will reflect on the portal itself—you won’t receive a separate confirmation. However, registration is not mandatory; your purchase invoice alone is sufficient to claim warranty support.

Lightning fast boot-up

SkullSaints Fury lives up to its name — pure, unrelenting power in a compact chassis! Lightning-fast boot times (big surprise for me!), seamless multitasking, and excellent thermal performance. Clearly faster than my previous Core i5-12700 full desktop processor, while remaining whisper-quiet and cool. It punches far above its size in terms of performance and stability. The fact that such raw power is packed into something so small is mind-blowing — there really aren't any other reasonable mini PCs around. SkullSaints is pretty much a boon for mini PC lovers! Highly recommended! Graphics performance also seems promising, although I haven't tried it out enough yet.

Wonderful little gaming PC

I recently started gaming, and this minipc turned out to be the perfect choice.
It seems to handle modern steam games at medium settings and 1080p comfortably, some games can go all the way to 4k. For older games, cpu usage rarely goes above 60%.
PS3 and XBOX emulation is also smooth, but you will hear the fan spinning. But emulation of PS2, Gamecube etc - piece of cake!

I guess even experienced gamers will grudgingly admire this tiny beast :)
