Production is malfunctioning after four months of usage

I got ANBERNIC RG40XX H delivered in April and upon delivery it was observed that none of the left-side keys (joystick, menu key, L1/L2 buttons). ElectroniksIndia support team help to get the product replaced. But now after just 4 months of usage, we are experiencing same issue, left side joystick is not working. Also, issue observed with the display.

No after sales support

Broke the screen
Got a reply that they can provide a new screen THAT i somehow have to get it fixed for 2500₹
Now they changed their statement saying that they dont have the screen and cant source it
Have to get it from anbernic
I bought the product from you people and if you are unable to provide support after 10 days of the product delivery a very bad example of customer support for after sales services you guys are setting

Fantastic Device

If you are a gamer, you need to have one of these devices and RG40XXV is a very good choice. I have completed Super Mario Bros for the first time and that too after 20 years when I last played it. This reminded me of my good old days. ElectroniksIndia was very prompt in replying to the emails that I sent regarding some doubts that I had before buying it. They shipped it right on time and in a good package. The device was in great condition too. Overall a really good experience. I will definitely buy from them again.
