Excellent Performance but Linux Driver Support + Old WiFi/BL Card is a minus

I purchased the Ryzen 5900HX model with 32GB RAM variant and performance for every day tasks like CMake/Make (Linux Ubuntu) is extremely fast. Amazing Mini PC given its price. The only complaint is I have to use a WiFi dongle as the Mediatek WiFi card is old and doesn't have mainstream Linux support, I tried manually compiling Linux drivers for this Mediatek card but it didn't work! Hope either, the card is upgraded or Linux driver support is added in future

I am satisfied with the mini PC, overall build and size of the machine is impressive. Feels reliable to me on basic usage.

Very Good for home office use.

I purchased Core X Ryzen 4800H Mini PC. I used this PC mostly for normal office work like accounting, word processing, Auto-Cad, video and music playback etc. I found it perfect for my work. I don't play games on PC so no comment for it.

No customer care support available .I didn't get customer service.

I bought a Core X Ryzen 7 4800H AI Mini PC (order number 14537), I am having a problem with the display disappearing, I have sent an email about my PC problem, I need help from the customer service computer engineers. And tried to call but no one picked up my phone. I want to send the video of display disappearing problem but video is bigger than 100 mb so I can't send.

Good pc no problem at all.

Last few days I was using my old VGA monitor, so there was a display disappearing issue. But I asked to my local computer hardware engineer and as per his advice problem was occurred because of HDMI to VGA cable . Now it is working fine.
